1. Promoter

The promoter and organiser of this promotional prize draw ("Prize Draw") is:

This Prize Draw is organised independently by Systems Heavy in connection with the demonstration of VCO: Victor Charlie One ("VCO") at Games Ground Berlin 2026.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the event organiser, venue, Google and any other third-party service providers are not sponsors or administrators of the Prize Draw.

2. Prize Draw Period

The Prize Draw will operate during Games Ground Berlin 2026 at Alte Münze, Berlin, Germany, from 5 November 2026 through 8 November 2026, inclusive.

Entries will be accepted during the period in which Systems Heavy makes the survey available to attendees at its exhibition booth.

Entries close when the exhibition booth closes to attendees on 8 November 2026. All times refer to Berlin local time.

Entries received outside the entry period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

• Attend Games Ground Berlin 2026 in person.

• Complete the required VCO feedback survey.

• Provide a valid email address for winner notification.

• Accept these Terms & Conditions.

Participation is open to eligible attendees regardless of nationality or country of residence, subject to applicable laws, trade restrictions and other legal requirements.

Employees, directors and individuals directly involved in administering the Prize Draw, together with members of their immediate households, are not eligible.

Systems Heavy reserves the right to exclude entries that do not meet these requirements.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Participate in the VCO demonstration or associated feedback activity at Games Ground Berlin 2026.

2. Complete the required survey questions.

3. Accept these Terms & Conditions.

4. Provide a valid email address and submit the completed form.

No purchase, payment or separate entry fee is required.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Submitting multiple entries using different email addresses or other methods does not increase the likelihood of winning and may result in disqualification.

Marketing consent is entirely optional and has no effect on eligibility or the likelihood of winning.

Gameplay performance, survey opinions and the content of feedback do not influence winner selection.

5. Prizes

Prizes may include physical merchandise, digital items, game-related experiences and opportunities to participate in creative activities associated with VCO.

The featured prize includes an opportunity to collaborate with the VCO development team in helping design a character for the game.

Additional prizes may be made available at Systems Heavy's discretion.

The number, type and availability of prizes may vary. Systems Heavy is not required to award a fixed number of prizes, provided that the Prize Draw is administered fairly and that information communicated to participants is accurate and not misleading.

Where a particular prize has been expressly advertised, Systems Heavy will use reasonable efforts to provide that prize.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we may substitute an alternative of reasonably equivalent or greater value, where legally permissible.

Prizes have no cash alternative unless Systems Heavy expressly agrees otherwise.

Prizes are non-transferable except with our prior written consent.

6. Character-Design Experience

Where a prize includes an opportunity to help design a VCO character, the winner will be invited to participate in a collaborative creative activity with the development team.

The activity may take place remotely and will be arranged at a mutually reasonable time, taking account of the game's development schedule.

The prize provides a genuine opportunity to contribute ideas, preferences or feedback to a character-design process.

Systems Heavy retains final editorial, artistic, technical and creative control over VCO.

The opportunity to participate does not guarantee that any particular suggestion, design or character will appear in a released version of the game, or that any implementation will remain unchanged.

The prize does not convey ownership of VCO, its intellectual property, characters, assets or other materials belonging to Systems Heavy.

Where a winner contributes original creative material requiring separate intellectual-property permissions, those permissions will be addressed in an appropriate agreement before the material is incorporated into the game.

No transfer of ownership of a winner's existing intellectual property is implied merely by entering the Prize Draw.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the Prize Draw period.

Every valid entry has an equal opportunity to be selected, subject to the number and allocation of available prizes.

The selection will be administered by Systems Heavy or persons acting on its behalf.

Where a selected entry is found to be invalid or ineligible, Systems Heavy may select an alternative winner at random.

The selection process is independent of gameplay performance, survey feedback and marketing preferences.

8. Winner Notification and Acceptance

Selected winners will be contacted by email within 60 days following the close of the Prize Draw.

Winners must respond within 14 calendar days of the date the notification is sent, confirming acceptance of the prize and providing any reasonably necessary fulfilment information.

If a winner does not respond within that period, declines the prize or cannot establish eligibility, Systems Heavy may withdraw the offer and randomly select an alternative eligible entrant.

Systems Heavy is not responsible for an entrant's failure to receive a notification due to an incorrect email address, spam filtering or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, provided reasonable efforts have been made to notify the selected entrant.

9. Prize Delivery and Fulfilment

Physical prizes will ordinarily be dispatched within 90 days of the winner confirming acceptance and supplying the information reasonably necessary for delivery.

Digital prizes will ordinarily be provided within the same period, where applicable.

Experiential prizes, including the character-design opportunity, will be arranged within a reasonable period having regard to the activity and development schedule. Systems Heavy will initiate scheduling arrangements within 90 days of winner confirmation.

Systems Heavy will arrange standard delivery to the winner's nominated address where legally and practically possible.

International deliveries may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, restrictions or delays beyond Systems Heavy's control.

Any applicable recipient-side taxes or import charges remain the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Systems Heavy will exercise reasonable care in preparing and dispatching prizes through an appropriate postal or courier service.

We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage attributable solely to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures by independent postal or courier providers, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a delivery problem arises, we will reasonably assess the circumstances and any appropriate remedial action, subject to applicable legal obligations.

10. Disqualification and Misuse

Systems Heavy may reject or disqualify entries where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has:

• Provided materially false or misleading eligibility information.

• Entered more than once.

• Used automated, fraudulent or deceptive methods to participate.

• Interfered with the administration or integrity of the Prize Draw.

• Otherwise materially breached these Terms & Conditions.

Disqualification decisions will be made reasonably and in good faith.

11. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information collected in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed by Systems Heavy in accordance with its VCO Survey & Prize Draw Privacy Notice, available at:

Information collected may include survey responses, age eligibility confirmation, contact information and details needed for prize administration.

Winners may be required to provide their name and postal address for prize fulfilment.

Personal information will not be used for marketing unless the participant has separately provided valid marketing consent.

The applicable Privacy Notice explains data-processing purposes, lawful bases, international transfers, retention periods and participant rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Systems Heavy will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including event disruption, technical failures or independent postal and courier delays.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these terms restricts participants' mandatory statutory consumer rights.

13. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

Systems Heavy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary for administrative, operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Material changes affecting participants' rights, eligibility or advertised prizes will be communicated appropriately and will not unfairly prejudice valid existing entries.

We may suspend, modify or cancel the Prize Draw where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make its continued administration impracticable or unlawful.

Where practicable, we will take reasonable steps to preserve the interests of eligible participants.

Any changes will be published with an updated effective date.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or relating to the Prize Draw, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where legally permissible, the parties agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any mandatory consumer protection, statutory right or jurisdictional entitlement available to a participant under applicable law, including any mandatory protections arising under German or European Union law.

15. General Provisions

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permissible.

Failure by Systems Heavy to enforce a particular provision does not constitute a general waiver of its rights.

These Terms & Conditions apply solely to this Prize Draw and do not amend or supersede any other agreement between a participant and Systems Heavy.
